For over eight years, I’ve dedicated my life to guiding people through emotional pain, life transitions, trauma, and spiritual disconnection, helping them return to clarity, self-love, and inner peace. Coaching has always been my true calling, the work that lights me up from the inside out.
From the beginning, my dream was to offer mind, body, and soul healing, so every person who comes to me can be supported on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Today, my coaching work reflects that intention. It blends all the tools, wisdom, and modalities I’ve learned over the last 25 years of my own healing journey to create a deeply transformative experience for my clients.
